On June 20th, join us at Wellness on Whyte for Elevate, a transformational Summer Solstice workshop that brings together the ancient wisdom of Qi Gong, the science of breath, the power of hypnosis, and the healing resonance of sound.
I’ll be guiding the Breathwork & Hypnosis portion of the evening, and if you’re new to hypnosis or even a little unsure, let me put your mind at ease.
Hypnosis isn’t what you’ve seen on stage—it’s not mind control, and I promise you won’t end up clucking like a chicken.
Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools we have for emotional regulation. It helps us quiet the noise of the conscious mind and drop into the subconscious—where 95% of our beliefs, behaviors, and patterns live. Through this relaxed, receptive state, we’re able to reprogram the beliefs that no longer serve us and integrate new emotional responses that support our healing, growth, and liberation.
Hypnosis is a form of mental conditioning—a workout for your brain. Just like building muscle through repeated exercises at the gym, we strengthen our mental patterns through repeated suggestions. Every habit of action stems from a habit of thought, so when you change the way you think, you naturally change how you feel and behave. This is how you retrain your mind, reclaim control of your thoughts, and take your power back.
Here’s the truth: hypnosis isn’t a markedly different state from your normal waking experience—though stage hypnotists would have you believe otherwise. They dramatize hypnosis for entertainment, selecting highly suggestible participants and creating the illusion of mind control. But in reality, hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness—very similar to what you experience during deep meditation or just before sleep. This is where your most powerful transformation happens. In hypnotherapy, we use this relaxed state intentionally to access the subconscious, reprogram limiting beliefs, and support deep emotional healing.
This is a state where your conscious mind gains access to your subconscious, acting as a bridge between awareness and unconscious conditioning. In this space, you can reprogram limiting beliefs, process stuck emotion that has been suppressed or repressed, and liberate your mind.
What you resist persists, and the emotions you repress will make other organs weep. Resistance is often a form of suppression—pushing emotions away consciously—while repression happens unconsciously, burying emotions so deeply they often manifest in the body.
In fact, research shows that up to 70% of physical ailments are psychosomatic—meaning they stem from unprocessed emotional patterns and chronic thought loops stored in the subconscious mind. The subconscious does not judge or reject—it simply responds to repetition and emotional intensity. When you resist a feeling, the subconscious registers it as important and often amplifies it in an attempt to bring it to resolution.
Hypnotherapy provides a safe and effective way to release these emotional blocks at the root, allowing you to navigate the full spectrum of your emotions and return to your natural state of purity, balance, light and truth.
In our session, I’ll guide you through gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system and prime the body and mind for hypnosis. As you move into this meditative state, you’ll begin to acknowledge old emotions you may have suppressed—fear, grief, shame, anger—and feel them with compassion. This is where true transformation begins. Not by bypassing or avoiding, but by meeting these emotions with presence and rewiring the way your body and mind relate to them.
Together, we’ll journey through the chakras—clearing blocks, dissolving old stories, and activating new frequencies of love, harmony, joy, and inner wisdom. It’s like emotional alchemy.
Whether you’re healing from burnout, navigating transition, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, this workshop is a powerful opportunity to elevate your energy and return to your essence.
This is a co-created, heart-centered evening alongside Dr. Geha Gonthier, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who will open the ceremony and offer a talk on the energetic and astrological themes of the solstice and guide a beautiful Qi Gong practice to awaken and align your body’s energy system. Also, sacred sound artist Marcus Fung, who will be offering a powerful sound bath to integrate and ground your transformation. And I, Noelle will guide you into the heart of the experience with breath work and a guided hypnosis to shift your inner reality and raise your emotional baseline.
There is immense power in gathering in ceremony—when we come together with a shared intention, we amplify the energy of transformation. Setting collective intentions creates a resonant field that supports healing, connection, and expansion.
Qi Gong offers a gentle yet powerful way to move stagnant energy and harmonize the flow of life force through the body, preparing us to be more open and present. Breathwork regulates the nervous system, shifting us out of fight-or-flight and into a state of calm receptivity, while hypnosis opens the gateway to emotional intelligence by helping us rewire old patterns and connect with our subconscious truth.
Layered into this is the frequency medicine of sound healing—an ancient tool that uses vibration to realign the body, mind, and spirit. Sound has the power to dissolve stress, release stuck emotion, and elevate our entire energetic frequency.
Together, these practices offer a full-spectrum reset for the body, mind, and soul—a powerful return to presence, possibility, and the deeper wisdom within.
