I'm a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, RMT and Yoga teacher and I have dedicated my career to studying the body, mind and soul. I'm here to help you radically transform your life.
Hypnotherapy operates on the belief that your mind and body are interconnected. It works by accessing the subconscious mind. It is highly effective because it allows you to uncover and address limiting beliefs and the root cause of issues or behaviours holding you back.
Hypnotherapy is helpful for addressing a wide variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and addiction. It helps to improve self-esteem, enhance sports performance, achieve professional goals, weight loss and even alleviate physical pain.
During a hypnotherapy session, your therapist will guide you into a deep state of relaxation by using calming suggestions and techniques that help you focus your attention inward.
Once in hypnosis, your mind will be more receptive to positive suggestions and ideas. Your therapist will work with you to set session goals and help you visualize positive outcomes or behaviours you would like to cultivate, which can then be reinforced in subsequent sessions and by listening to your bespoke recording.
